Hi guys , i am Ranjusha 24 yr old ... n this blog is about my weight loss journey ... i mean weight losing journey .... i was 103kg one the starting of july 2018 ... i started going to gym because of my brother Rahul . Now July got over and my weight is 99kg ... starting i started losing 2 kg in a week then 1.5 then .5 kg so it's like in 20 days 4 kg ... but i was not satisfied by my last week result since it's just .5kg n the mistake was mine since i didn't drink water properly it was like just 1 liter per day so there was no required amount of water to keep myself hydrate ... then it ended with thigh cramps so i couldn't workout properly because of the pain .... So i decided to start a blog in which i would share my regular routine everyday n to see my progression . if any of u reading this blog n interested in joining the same journey r already in this journey please share r give suggestion which i could follow along with my regular routine . And even i could like to give suggestion .
